Features / Meetings
The meeting is the spine: agenda items, the pack, who is invited, and the minutes afterwards. Administrators set it up; participants open the same structure on the day.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Create the meeting | Set the date, the committee, and the agenda structure so every item has a place in the pack. |
| Attach documents | Upload the pack against the right agenda items. People open the PDF in the viewer, not as a last-minute email attachment. |
| Who can see it | Limit a document to the people who should read it, instead of a shared folder that everyone can browse. |
| Alerts | Reminders go out so attendees know the pack is ready, without a separate chase from the secretariat. |
| Moment | What people use |
|---|---|
| During the meeting | The agenda, the documents, and annotation on the pack. Votes on matters arising and resolutions sit on the same meeting. |
| Minutes | Captured against that meeting, so the record is not a Word file that never finds its way back to the pack. |
| Follow-ups | Items that carry forward stay visible on the next meeting instead of living only in someone's notes. |
